I have skills and experience in three areas:
Performance and quality increase through development and improvement of business processes. I have deployed business process architecture in UPC Polska and created business process center of competence offering BPM, BPMN, SOA, Six Sigma, Hammer MM. I have developed company growth process, based on customer experience management (CEM). Implementation of my recommendations resulted in: decrease of Call Center costs by 2 million PLN per year, decrease by half of response time for customer complaints without increasing of operational costs, increase of customer satisfaction from one of key operational processes by 40% (NPS) within 3 months and also without increase of costs.
Program and process management I have developed Program Management Office and run it for 6 years. I have managed a team of project managers managing up to 250 projects in parallel. I have designed infrastructure to manage after merger integration program and delivered status, risk and issue management functions in this program. I apply IPMA, PMI and PRINCE2 methodologies.
Product research and development I have designed and implemented a portfolio of location-based mobile products delivering new and sustainable source of revenues. I took active part in development of mobile premium services market in Poland. I am an author of concepts of innovative products: mobile photo blog and mobile payments system.
